As a player for nearly ten years, I enjoy teaching beginners for two local rec departments as well as through individual or small group lessons. I have a certificate in beginning instruction from PCI, am a referee and Ambassador for USA Pickleball, and the principal organizer for Metro Milwaukee Pickleball. I supply all the necessary equipment (nets, paddles, balls), so just bring a water bottle and excitement for learning the game. I promise you will quickly become addicted to a sport offering a lifetime of fun and fitness. All ages welcome, including adaptive needs -- we work at your pace. #PaddlesUp

Hello my name is Allen and I am a local Milwaukee tennis coach with over 40 years of playing experience and over 11 years of teaching experience! After I retired as a Senior Graphic Designer in 2009, I turned my attention to another life-long passion, tennis! Since then, I have earned three gold as well as five silver medals in tennis while participating in the Senior Olympics. I have also been a boys and girls tennis coach at Brookfield Central High School since 2013 and served as the head tennis coach for Mount Mary University located in Milwaukee (NCAA Division 3) in 2016. I am currently employed as a tennis instructor for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Tennis is great fun! It’s a lifetime sport that brings many rich benefits. Learning to play tennis well brings a sense of fulfillment and self-confidence. I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
