I am a youth basketball coach for many years, having coached from 7 years old up to 12-13 years old. I have also played basketball for a long time, varsity in high school. I work with other varsity high school players getting them ready for there season as well as younger kids getting the hang of the fundamentals. I hold an ACSM-CPT and a degree in exercise science, backed by D1 soccer and a year competing in Spain. After tearing my ACL twice, I earned a D1 offer post-injury and kept playing through recovery, giving me firsthand insight into injury prevention, return-to-play, and mental toughness that coursework alone can’t teach. I specialize in injury prevention and rehab as well as position specifics soccer skills, I’d love to bring that combination of education and lived experience to your program.
